You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS, AUTHENTICITY & DESCRIPTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and colors accurately. However, product appearance may vary due to device settings, lighting, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.
All products sold by Belle & Bold are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable and authorized retailers or distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 — FRAGRANCE DECANTS & TRADEMARK NOTICE
Belle & Bold is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand or manufacturer.
Some fragrances are offered as decanted products. Decanted fragrances are hand-poured from authentic original fragrances into sterile containers. Manufacturer warranties do not apply to decanted products.
All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
SECTION 4 — COSMETIC SAFETY & ALLERGY NOTICE
Belle & Bold is a reseller and, where applicable, a repackager. We are not the manufacturer of the skincare, makeup, haircare, or fragrance products sold.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information provided by the original manufacturer on product packaging or the manufacturer’s official website prior to use. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full use and to discontinue use if irritation occurs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle & Bold is not responsible for reactions resulting from individual sensitivities or allergies to manufacturer-formulated products.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Belle & Bold reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.
Once an order is accepted, cancellation or modification may not be possible. If an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.
SECTION 6 — PRICING, TAXES & BILLING
All prices are displayed in CAD. Prices may change without notice.
Belle & Bold does not currently collect GST/HST. The price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping (where applicable).
You agree to provide valid, current, and accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Fragrance Shipping:
Due to the alcohol content in fragrances, all perfume orders are shipped via Ground Transportation within Canada only. Air shipping and international shipping are not available for fragrance products.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Belle & Bold or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Belle & Bold is powered by Shopify Inc. All sales are made directly between you and Belle & Bold. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through our store. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made through the Services.

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted may be used by Belle & Bold for lawful business and marketing purposes without compensation. We reserve the right to remove feedback that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
